At ZenPosture, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was received

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation is not possible.
